Hi, I'm Andrea...

A single mom of two who lost over 150 pounds over the past ten years. My path included a gastric sleeve and later a GLP-1 to help with appetite and blood sugar — real tools, and I'm not shy about that. Somewhere in the middle of it all, my daughter was diagnosed with cancer — and survived. Life didn't pause for me to get any of this "perfect."

But here's what I learned: the tools got me to a safer weight. They didn't give me joy in my body. That came later — when I found movement that didn't feel like punishment, and finally stopped hurting all the time.
